Give equivalent items the same match key in every quote. Confirm specification, quantity and unit yourself. A simple numeric suggestion is not a validated table extraction. Use decimal dot or Arabic decimal mark; commas must group thousands (1,250.50).
3. Compare confirmed values
Discount applies to item subtotal, then extras are added. A single tax rate applies to all included amounts. Enter zero explicitly when applicable. Do not use this calculator for mixed tax rates.
How to make the comparison useful
Match scope before price. Check whether delivery, installation, accessories and testing are included. Enter shipping and other costs manually from the relevant source page, avoiding double counting. Record payment terms, lead time, warranty and exclusions in each quote’s notes. Missing information stays unknown; this tool does not infer it.
Example: one quote is 10,000 excluding installation; another is 11,000 including it. The lower headline amount alone cannot establish which offer meets your requirement.

Does this comparison use AI?
This version uses text extraction, basic numeric suggestions and user-confirmed item matching with programmatic calculations. It uses no AI model or cloud service.
Are supplier files uploaded?
No. Local engines load first; PDF reading, calculations and Excel export run in your browser. The tool does not save your quotes in browser storage.
Can I compare Arabic PDFs?
Yes, when text can be extracted. Columns or letters may be reordered. Check source lines and every number before confirming. Scans require OCR first.
How is tax calculated?
Discount applies to the item subtotal, then extras are added. Select tax-inclusive or tax-exclusive amounts. One quote-wide rate applies to the total; mixed rates are unsupported.
Does it choose the best supplier?
No. It shows amounts and differences. Different quantities, units, currencies or scope make totals insufficient for a decision. Missing means absent from your reviewed selection, not necessarily the whole file.
