Templates contain requirement names and settings only, never selected files. Up to 20 files total; 50 MB per file and 150 MB per pack. MB means 1,000,000 bytes.

Use unsigned copies: combining or rebuilding PDFs does not preserve digital signatures or interactive forms. A size check does not guarantee acceptance by the recipient.

Built for repeat submissions

Prepare application documents, company certificates or supporting paperwork without moving between separate conversion tools. Each requirement produces one PDF in the order you choose. Save a reusable template and select fresh documents next time. Always enter the current instructions from your recipient.

What is checked?

The tool checks whether you attached files, whether they can be read, and whether the resulting PDF meets your chosen size limit. It does not verify certificate validity, document content or official submission rules. Processing is local; site assets and normal site analytics may still make network requests.
