Identify the unwanted pages in a PDF viewer, then enter positions such as 2, 4-6. Blank-page removal here is manual: the tool deletes the pages you specify, rather than automatically detecting empty scans.
Use Organize PDF to choose pages from thumbnails, or Extract PDF Pages when you know the pages to keep. Leave at least one page and inspect the final order before sharing.
