HugPDF Ready

Prepare Documents for Submission

HugPDF Ready prepares document files locally in the browser. Files are never uploaded to a server to build the pack; PDF, JPG and PNG inputs are combined by requirement and checked against your chosen size limits. These checks do not verify document validity or guarantee acceptance by the recipient.

HugPDF — free PDF tools that run in your browser. No uploads, no account, no watermark.

1. Name each required document and enter the recipient’s size limit. 2. Select PDF, JPG or PNG files in the required order. 3. Build and review your pack.
Prepare Documents for Submission

Start with your task

Choose a starting checklist, then edit it to match the recipient. The 2 MB limits are examples, not official requirements.

Templates contain requirement names and settings only, never selected files. Up to 20 files total; 50 MB per file and 150 MB per pack. MB means 1,000,000 bytes.

Use unsigned copies: combining or rebuilding PDFs does not preserve digital signatures or interactive forms. A size check does not guarantee acceptance by the recipient.

Built for repeat submissions

Prepare application documents, company certificates or supporting paperwork without moving between separate conversion tools. Each requirement produces one PDF in the order you choose. Save a reusable template and select fresh documents next time. Always enter the current instructions from your recipient.

What is checked?

The tool checks whether you attached files, whether they can be read, and whether the resulting PDF meets your chosen size limit. It does not verify certificate validity, document content or official submission rules. Processing is local; site assets and normal site analytics may still make network requests.

Prepare the right attachments, not just one large PDF

For a job application, include only the resume, certificates and supporting documents requested by the employer. For company submissions, check which profile, certificates and project references the recipient needs. Remove unnecessary checklist items and copy the current size limits from their instructions.

Names and size limits in a saved template do not include selected document contents. Files must be selected again when you reuse the template. The ZIP checklist includes filenames; review it before sharing.
